Stage of Life (SOL) Theatre is a non-profit children's theatre organization led by director Jennifer Johnson based at the Third Street Center in Carbondale CO. Summer camp offerings for 2018 include Sleeping Beauty, Sing and 101 Dalmations.

Camp will take place at the Third Street Center in Carbondale, in one of three locations during the day:
The Gym/Theatre space
We will start every day in STUDIO 15 off of the Round Room
Sleeping Beauty Camp Dates: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m, June 11th - June 29th
Sing! Camp Dates: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m, July 16th - July 27th
101 Dalmatians Camp Dates: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m, July 30th - August 17th
ALL of our camps will be run on the same schedule. We will be starting check-in at 8:45 on the first morning of each camp. Camp starts promptly at 9:00 a.m. every morning, Monday through Friday. Pick up is at 3:00 p.m, and we will have a Sol counselor waiting out front with the children, or we will be inside in Studio 15. Please let us know ahead of time if you will need a late pick up so we can make arrangements. If you would like to discuss extended care options, please give me a call.
We will be doing youth versions of two Disney classics, Sleeping Beauty (AGES 6 to 12) and 101 Dalmatians (AGES 6 to 12), as well as a two week singing and music camp (AGES 8 to 14). We will be rehearsing the production in the mornings, and then having classes in the afternoons. Classes will cover stage presence, improvisation, stage movement, and music all to give them the skills they need for the production.
Tuition: Tuition for Sleeping Beauty and 101 Dalmatians Camps are $595.00 per student. Tuition for Sing! Camp is $395.00.

Scholarships: Scholarships are available up to 50% of tuition. Scholarship Applications must be submitted at time of registration. Scholarships will be awarded based on financial need and availability of funds. If you are applying for a scholarship, payment of 50% is due to hold your space. Performances: We will be doing two performances of the final product of our Disney camps on the Wednesday and Thursday evenings of the final week of each camp at 6:00 p.m. (Sleeping Beauty Camp: June 27th and 28th, 101 Dalmatians Camp: August 15th and 16th ). We will be doing one performance of the final product of our Sing! Camp on Thursday evening, July 26th, at 6:00 p.m.
Lunch/snack: Each child should bring a lunch and snack from home. We will be taking a lunch break every day from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. In addition we take a short snack break mid-way through morning rehearsals. We will spend part of this time outside, weather permitting, so children should also have sunscreen, and a water bottle to round it all out. :)
So, an example day:
9:00 to 9:15: Arrive at camp; warm-ups
10:00 to 10:30: Rehearsal
10:30 to 10:45: Snack break (snack from home)
10:45 to 12:00: Rehearsal
12:00 to 1:00: LUNCH (from home)
1:00 to 1:45: First Afternoon Class
1:45 to 2:00: Break
2:00 to 2:45: Second Afternoon Class
2:45 to 3:00: Notes, Clean-up
3:00 Camp Ends
